style="font-family:仿宋">通过前期资料收集、现场踏勘和人员访谈得知,通过第一阶段土壤污染状况调查可知:调查地块自农用地停耕转为建设用地以来,一直为陕西送变电工程有限公司和西安明珠电力安装工程有限公司的办公管理和仓储用地。经分析地块内及其四邻和周边的历史用地活动变迁情况后,识别调查地块内的潜在污染风险区域主要有</span><span
