In the heart of Port Said, Dammah emerges as an iconic cultural anchor — a Performing Arts Center that blends tradition with innovation, and local heritage with global influence. Rooted in the rich narrative of Port Said’s informal music scene, the project acts as a catalyst for cultural preservation and creative evolution.

达玛不仅仅是一座演出场馆，更是一个综合性的平台，旨在促进艺术发展、教育、制作和公众参与——内设音乐学校、媒体实验室、画廊、艺术家驻留空间和商业空间。

More than just a performance venue, Dammah is a comprehensive platform that fosters artistic development, education, production, and public engagement — featuring music schools, media labs, galleries, artist residences, and commercial spaces.

项目的核心策略是巧妙运用古根海姆效应——以大胆的标志性建筑和文化策划刺激经济增长、吸引旅游业，并将塞得港打造为创意与经济中心。通过赋能本地创意社群，将城市置于全球文化版图之上，达玛旨在以文化认同为基础，创造长期的经济影响。

At its core, the project strategically leverages the Guggenheim Effect — using bold, iconic architecture and cultural programming to stimulate economic growth, attract tourism, and transform Port Said into a creative and economic hub.
