1、对学校提出的需求做好方案； 2、给出适当的建议供学校参考；3、提供多种设计方案供学校选择； 4、于工程进行中及时提供技术咨询及支持，保证工期；5、针对施工难点做出专项方案；6、参加工程的验收。具体内容：一、室内部分： ①1号楼一层3间实验室的室内一般装修：地面原地砖拆除后新做；墙面新做冰火板到顶；吊顶新做硅钙板吊顶；门窗更换；室内灯具、开关及管线重新布置等；②教师餐厅厨房的打菜间一般装修：地面原地砖拆除后新做；墙面原有墙砖拆除后新做；吊顶新做铝扣板吊顶；门窗更换；室内水槽新做及水电管线重新布置等； 二、室外部分：体育馆后侧围墙翻新，室外操场增加户外休息凳等。 三、零星部分：1号楼4间实验室及5间准备室，地面原地砖拆除后新做PVC地面；门窗及部分灯具更换等；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
