一、招标条件 / 1. Tender Conditions

越南心生义 2000t/d 垃圾发电项目，招标人为中国电建集团四川工程有限公司（越南分公司）越南心生义环保项目部，具备招标条件，现进行招标。

This project is the Vietnam Tam Sinh Nghia 2000t/d Waste-to-Energy Project., and the tendering entity is the Vietnam Nghĩa Tâm Sinh Environmental Protection Project Department of PowerChina Sichuan Engineering Co., Ltd. (Vietnam Branch). The project now meets the conditions for tendering and is hereby put out to bid.

二、项目概况和招标范围 / 2. Project Overview and Scope ofTender

建设地点 / Project Location：

越南胡志明市古芝县福协公社

Fuk Hiep Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

工期 / Construction Period：

暂定为10个月/Tentatively scheduled for 10 months

计划开工日期 / Planned Start Date：开工时间以甲方通知为准。

The commencement date shall be subject to the written notice from the Party A.

计划竣工日期 / Planned Completion Date：根据项目服务计划与招标方现场要求进行 All work shall be carried out in accordance with the project service plan and the on-site

requirements of the tenderer.

招标范围 / Scope ofTender：

包括但不限于/Including but not limited to：

（1）2#余热锅炉安装：包含2# 锅炉本体及附属管道、烟风道；

Installation of No.2 Waste Heat Boiler: Including the main body of No.2 Boiler and its auxiliary pipelines, as well as flue and air ducts;

（2）除渣、除灰系统安装：包含除渣系统；除灰、输灰系统；飞回稳定化系统；

Installation of Slag and Ash Removal Systems: Including the slag removal system, ash removal and conveying system, and fly ash stabilization system;

（3）烟气净化系统安装：包含反应塔系统；布袋除尘器系统；SNCR系统；

Installation of Flue Gas Purification System: Including the reaction tower system, bag filter system, and SNCR system;

（4）烟囱安装。

Installation of the chimney.

三、投标人资格要求 / 3. Bidders’ Qualification Requirements

1. 资格能力要求 / Qualification & Capacity

（1）投标人需具有越南境内注册的独立法人资格公司，或具有在越南注册的子公司，具有有效的越南营业执照。

The bidder must be an independent legal entity registered in Vietnam, or possess a subsidiary registered in Vietnam, holding a valid Vietnamese business license.

2. 其他要求 / Other Requirements

不接受联合体投标。

Joint bids are not accepted.
