Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The main work contents of this project are: conducting ground monitoring and handling for 91 cultivated land units in Pudong New Area and the entire district, and conducting a comprehensive investigation of the greenhouse planting situation within 150 permanent basic farmlands. Maximum price limits: 1,462,868.00 yuan for ground monitoring and disposal, and 668,500.00 yuan for on-site investigation of greenhouse conditions. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起至*开通会员可解锁*。

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠； （2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price discount benefits will be implemented for products from small and medium-sized enterprises. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
