Brief Specification Description: This project involves the renovation of the roofs and related facilities for four residential buildings within the Nanliang Xincun Residential Complex in Huinan Town. The specific work includes the repair of roofs, walls, common areas, water supply and drainage systems and their associated equipment, the replanting of greenery, and the improvement of ancillary facilities within the residential complex. The total renovation area amounts to approximately 8,400.82 square meters. Where balcony drainage pipes meet the requirements for connection to the sewage disposal system, such connections shall be implemented in conjunction with this project.
