margin-left:11.95pt; margin-bottom:8pt; text-indent:12pt; text-align:justify; line-height:150%; widows:0; orphans:0; font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:宋体; font-weight:bold">4.招标服务内容：</span><span style="font-family:宋体">车间正常生产运转过程中所涉及的有关搬运装卸业务，具体为：原料卸车、入库、堆高；按要求运送原料至车间指定位置；包装物卸车、入库；包装物按要求运送至车间；下脚料入库；下脚料出库、装车；废旧铁丝、包装带、废纸板出库、装车；成品纱自车间运至仓库、入库、堆高、整理等；成品纱出库、装车；原棉、成品翻堆、原棉分批、原棉扦样整理；集装箱掏、装箱；油布揭盖等内部搬运装卸业务及其它交办任务。</span></p><p style="margin-top:0pt; margin-left:11.95pt; margin-bottom:8pt; text-indent:12pt; text-align:justify; line-height:150%; widows:0; orphans:0; font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:宋体; font-weight:bold">5.服务要求：</span><span style="font-family:宋体">（1）根据招标方生产和搬运装卸量的需要，合理调派装卸工及运输设备（进入车间、库区的车辆必须为不产生污染的运输设备）。（2）投标方应视招标方的生产能力和装卸量及时增加人员及设备，保证招标方生产经营的正常运转，期间与搬运设备相关的运转及维修费用均由投标方承担，如发生设备损坏或灭失，与招标方无关。（3）投标方提供的装卸运输设备必须有相关部门出具的装卸运输营运证件和检验合格证，所有上岗人员或驾驶人员必须持有相应上岗证书和相应车辆的驾驶执照；从事货物装卸工系本单位员工，必须为工人购买意外伤害险</span><span style="font-family:宋体">。</span></p><p style="margin-top:0pt;
