简要规则描述：本工程位于临港仓储转运物流园区内，同顺大道(新元南路-五尺沟)人行道两侧绿化带，场地西接同顺大道，南临五尺沟，东侧为S2沪芦高速，北侧为新元南路。包含九个地块，地块编号分别为C0402、C0105、C0801、C0704、C1202、C03A05、C1302、C1402、C1502。用地性质为G1公共绿地，总面积约为 77351.09平方米。

Brief Specification Description: This project is located within the Lingang Storage and Transfer Logistics Park, on both sides of the green belts along the pedestrian paths of Tongshun Avenue (Xinyuan South Road - Wushigou). The site is adjacent to Tongshun Avenue to the west, bordered by Wushigou to the south, S2 Shanghai-Lu Expressway to the east, and Xinyuan South Road to the north. It comprises nine plots with the following plot numbers: C0402, C0105, C0801, C0704, C1202, C03A05, C1302, C1402, and C1502. The land use nature is G1 Public Green Space, with a total area of approximately 77,351.09 square meters.

合同履约期限：合同签订生效之日起至质保期结束，计划施工工期：6个月。

The Contract Period: From the date of signing and effectiveness of the contract to the end of the warranty period, the planned construction period is 6 months.

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、 从事城市园林绿化项目的施工企业，应持有效的营业执照，施工现场项目管理机构与工程规模相符合； 2 、拟派项目负责人须具有园林专业中级及以上职称；2.1项目负责人有下列情形，不得参与本标段投标：（1）在其他项目担任项目负责人；（2）项目负责人在其他项目履行合同过程中发生变更，变更时间未满180天。3、 园林绿化施工企业须配备与工程规模相适应的施工现场管理机构人员：最低应为5人（含）以上，且需包含园林项目负责人1人、安全员1人、质量员1人、材料员1人、中级园林绿化工（班组负责人）1名。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Enterprises engaged in the construction of urban garden greening projects shall hold a valid business license, and the on-site project management organization shall be commensurate with the scale of the project; 2. The proposed project leader must have a mid-level or higher professional title in landscape gardening; 2.1 The project leader shall not participate in the bidding of this section under any of the following circumstances: (1) Serving as a project leader in other projects; (2) A change in the project leader occurred during the performance of the contract for another project, and the time of the change has not reached 180 days. 3. Landscape greening construction enterprises must be equipped with on-site project management personnel commensurate with the scale of the project: the minimum number shall be no less than 5 people, including 1 landscape project leader, 1 safety officer, 1 quality inspector, 1 material officer, and 1 intermediate-level landscape greener (team leader

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
