Lump-sum works contract with price-based evaluation to carry out the following works:

* Project P19-NO1 Viñedos MVAr, in Sonora, consisting of an electrical substation with a total capacity of 22.5 MVAr.

* Project P21-CB2 Capacitive Compensation in the Tecate Area, consisting of an electrical substation with a total capacity of 30 MVAr.

The project scope includes the supply of permanent installation equipment and materials; development of engineering related to electromechanical and civil design concepts; execution of electromechanical and civil works; performance of pre-operational testing; preparation, analysis, and evaluation of the required studies (geotechnical studies, topographic surveys, underground utilities inventory, and apparent soil electrical resistivity); and the delivery of training and capacity-building programs.
