Abstract:Taking the service supporting construction project of Henan Nylon Town as an example, this paper adopts the methods of estimation index, budget estimate index, budget quota and budget quota to conduct in-depth research and analysis of its cost. First of all, through the detailed accounting of the bill of quantities of the project, the quantities of each project and their corresponding prices are determined, and adjusted and revised according to the market situation and the actual situation of the project. Secondly, the Guanglianda 3D modeling model is used to analyze the cost of the project, including direct costs, indirect costs, management costs, etc., and the cost distribution is optimized and adjusted. Finally, combined with the characteristics and needs of the project, a series of suggestions and measures to reduce costs and improve efficiency are put forward, and the economic effect is evaluated and predicted. Through the research of this article, it can not only provide scientific basis and guidance for project cost control, but also provide reference and reference for the cost management of similar projects.

本次2024届工程管理专业项目招标投标控制价编制的毕业设计，得知了如下的结论：通过本次的毕业设计的研究和分析，我对河南尼龙小镇服务配套建设项目的造价情况进行了全面的了解和分析，还提出了一系列的建议和措施，为项目的顺利实施和经济效益的提高提供了有力的支持。

在本次的招投标控制价的编制毕业设计之前，都没有很系统性的、完整性的去完成过招投标控制价的编制。从毕业设计动员大会开始，老师们就已经给出了两个的毕业设计大方向。一开始我是犹豫不决的，但是听到工程造价方向还从未涉及过这一领域，就想着尝试一下。随后也是很快的找到一套合适的图纸，开始琢磨图纸里的内容。其中，也向同学和老师进行询问，把自己不理解的问题一个个的去解决。最后，整套图纸熟悉之后，也开始着手建模和编制博奥清单。在此当中，建模和编制博奥清单两个方面处处碰壁，很多都是书上并没有提及的知识，但是经过老师的认真解答之后，也很快的解决了遇到的问题。陆老师教我们制定任务方案、查阅资料、讲解、过程修改、最终定稿，这一系列的流程都离不开他的悉心教导。
