2.5.1从中华人民共和国境内提供的货物,含投标截止时间前已经进口的货物,合同生效后,1个月内提供设备详细设计方案图、设备总体布置图及土建基础施工图。合同生效后2个月内设备到达招标人现场,现场具备安装条件后5个月内设备安装调试完毕并具备生产使用条件。

2.5.2从中华人民共和国境外提供的货物,合同生效后,1个月内提供设备详细设计方案图、设备总体布置图及土建基础施工图。合同生效后5个月内设备运输至中国青岛港,现场具备安装条件后5个月内设备安装调试完毕并具备生产使用条件。

3.投标人资格要求

*3.1投标人必须是制造商或制造商直接授权的代理商,如为代理商投标,投标人必须提供货物制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式直接授权书,否则,将否决其投标。

*3.2投标人如为制造商,投标人须提供营业执照(营业登记类证明文件)或经营许可证明文件的复印件。

投标人如为代理商,投标人除提供自身营业执照(营业登记类证明文件)或经营许可证明文件,还须提供制造商的营业执照(营业登记类证明文件)或经营许可证明文件的复印件。

*3.3投标人须提供基本账户开户证明材料和投标截止时间前3个月内投标人基本账户开户银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。

*3.4针对中华人民共和国关境内投标人须额外提供

*(1)投标人须提供银行基本账户开户许可证(若为新成立或新开户的企业,属于中国人民银行取消企业基本账户开户许可证核发试点地区的不适用)。

*(2)投标人须提供近1年(2024年度,如2024年度审计未完成则提供2023年度)公司财务证明材料,投标人须提供经会计师事务所审计的资产负债表、利润表和现金流量表等会计报表复印件,并加盖单位公章。

*(3)至投标截止时间前,投标人若被人民法院列为失信被执行人,其投标将被否决。投标人须提供网站截图或报告等证明材料。失信人信息查询方式:"信用中国"(www.creditchina.gov.cn),
