1、按医院提供的平面方案图范围进行设计，具体内容：设计病房楼底层MR（磁共振）屏蔽区、控制室、设备间等区域装修、消防设施改造。包括室内外布置磁屏蔽层、接地、室内通风系统、照明系统、强弱电系统、监控系统、磁屏蔽室的装修及消防设施等。配备接待区、更衣区及造影注射室。布局合理，符合MR（磁共振）医疗质控、院感流程； 2、设计涉及专业：土建装饰、暖通、弱电、水电及消防专业等；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
