周浦医院北院位于关岳路135号，原为周浦医院用房东至周东路，南至关岳路，西至咸塘港，北至居民小区，产证用地面积21719平方米。项目建设用地面积为19406平方米。本项目主要建设内容：拆除锅炉房、食堂、制剂室、宿舍楼、药库等原有建筑，共4551.19平方米。对保留的住院楼、门诊医技楼及变配电间进行结构加固及改造，涉及建筑面积 11855.97平方米，并在此基础上进行扩建，扩建建筑面积3939.59平方米；对保留的急诊楼进行结构加固及改造，涉及建筑面积1512.77平方米；对保留的门卫房及污水处理机房进行室内外修缮，涉及建筑面积133.03平方米。新建水泵房等辅助用房，新建建筑面积611.6平方米。对室外道路、停车场地、管线、绿化等进行总体改造。工程实施后，总建筑面积维持原产证面积18052平方米。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.
