为进一步提升周边群众出行的便利性，消除村居民出行的安全隐患，根据农村道路桥梁全覆盖检测结果（2022年-2024年），部分桥梁技术状况评定等级为5类，存在极大的安全隐患，需进行翻建重修，共涉及鹤东村23组向阳河二桥、王楼村24组陈家桥、长达村中心场桥、沈庄村西大桥4座桥梁。本次实施内容主要包括：拆除老桥、新建桥梁、翻建桥接坡、河道疏浚、新建限载牌、保护监控、路灯、电线杆、信息杆搬迁等。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
