经过近十余年的使用，凌桥村、三岔港村、龙叶村现状农污管道淤积、损坏情况严重，部分村落下游排水不畅，严重影响片区居民生活。本次对凌桥村、三岔港村、龙叶村污水管道根据 CCTV 检测报告进行管道修复；对凌桥村毛家浜、凌桥村三官桥西排水瓶颈段进行局部翻排改造；江东路（横浜路-凌浜路）段市政污水管道高水位运行，导致凌桥村接入的农污管道排水不畅，本次新建一座排水泵站，通过泵站提升后将污水排入江东路污水管道；

（一）在中介集市报名前3个月内存在1次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
