（一）养护设施量：雨水管道15596米；污水管道37714米；雨水连管21672米；检查井4273座；雨水口676座；排放口3座；塑料井4492 座；化粪池589座；格栅池23座。（二）养护工作内容：（1）日常巡查，及时发现和修理管道结构损坏、井盖缺失、雨水口损坏等情况；（2）雨污水管道定期疏通，雨水口、排水口、塑料井、化粪池等定期清捞；（3）通沟污泥处置；（4）及时处置相关投诉工单，灾害性天气等突发情况做好应急抢险工作，确保排水通畅及道路通行安全。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
