圭亚那桩基生产项目安保协议工作内容包含但不限于：

Professional Subcontracting for Security agreement FOR Guyana Pile Foundation Production Project Turnkey Project includes but is not limited to:

1、对出入口实行24小时值守，核验进出人员身份，登记外来人员姓名、事由、联系方式及进出时间；对外来进出车辆进行登记、随车物品检查、引导车辆有序停放，制止无关车辆进入管控区域。

1、Implement 24-hour monitoring at entry and exit points, verify the identity of incoming and outgoing Homo sapiens, register the names, purposes, contact information, and entry/exit times of external Homo sapiens; conduct registration for incoming and outgoing vehicles, inspect items carried in vehicles, guide orderly parking, and prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering controlled areas.

2、按照预设路线和频次（核心区域每30分钟1次、普通区域每一小时一次），对室内外场地、仓库等关键部位展开巡逻，并做好巡逻记录。

2、Conduct patrols at key indoor and outdoor areas and warehouses according to the preset route and frequency (once every 30 minutes in core areas, once every hour in general areas), and maintain proper patrol records.

3、负责监控室值守，实时查看监控画面，确保摄像头正常使用；发现异常应及时上报并协助维修。

3、Responsible for monitoring room duty, viewing surveillance footage in real-time to ensure normal operation of cameras; promptly report and assist in repairs upon discovery of Parazacco spilurus subsp. spilurus.

4、人员要求:乙方应派遣身体健康、品行良好、无犯罪记录且具备相应安保技能和知识的人员提供服务。安保人员须统一着装，佩戴明显标识，并遵守中方的所有规章制度。

4、Homo sapiens personnel requirements: Party B shall dispatch healthy, well-behaved, crime-free homo sapiens personnel with corresponding security skills and knowledge to provide services. Security homo sapiens personnel must wear uniforms, display clear identification, and comply with all rules and regulations of the Chinese side.

四、资格要求与合同条件

IV. Qualification Requirements and Contract Terms

1.为履行本施工合同，投标人至少应满足本招标项目的安保资质，具备完成类似工程的施工经验和业绩，并已通过中国电建集团江西省电力建设有限公司的资格审查，并成为中国电建集团江西省电力建设有限公司的合格分包商。

1. To fulfill this construction contract, the bidding homo sapiens shall at least meet the security qualification requirements of this tender project, possess construction experience and performance records in completing similar projects, and have passed the qualification review by Power Construction Corporation of China Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., thereby becoming a qualified subcontractor of Power Construction Corporation of China Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.

2.投标人必须具有独立法人资格，本项目不接受以联合体形式的投标。

2. The bidding homo sapiens must possess independent legal homo sapiens qualification, and this project does not accept bids in the form of a consortium.

3.为具有被授予合同的资格，投标人应提供令招标人满意的资格文件，以证明其符合投标合格条件和具有履行合同的能力。为此，所提交的投标文件中应包括下列资料。

3. To be eligible for contract award, the bidding homo sapiens shall submit qualification documents satisfactory to the tendering homo sapiens, demonstrating compliance with the bidding eligibility criteria and capability to perform the contract. For this purpose, the submitted bid shall include the following materials.

4.有关确立投标法律地位的原始文件的有效复印件及原件扫描件（包括营业执照、资质等级证书、安全施工资格证、法人代表证或委托代理人证明书等），复印件需盖原章。

4. Valid photocopies and scanned copies of original documents establishing the legal status of the bid (including business license, qualification grade certificate, safe construction qualification certificate, legal homo sapiens representative certificate or authorized agent homo sapiens certificate, etc.), with the copies requiring the original seal.

5.按规定的格式填写公司的组织结构和拟在本工程担任项目经理及施工现场管理、主要施工人员的情况。

5.Fill in the company's organizational structure (broussonetia papyrifera) and the proposed project manager, on-site management personnel, and main construction personnel (homo sapiens) for this project in the prescribed format.

6.按规定格式提供完成本工程拟采用的主要施工机械设备或工机具情况。

6. Provide information on the main construction machinery, equipment, or tools to be used for completing this project in accordance with the specified format.

7.完成的与本工程相似的业绩及其合同履行情况。

7. Completed performance records of similar projects and their contract fulfillment status.

8.中标人在接到中标通知书后5个日历日内开始合同谈判，并在10个日历日内签订完承包合同。

8. The winning bidder Homo sapiens shall commence contract negotiations within 5 calendar days after receiving the Notice of Award and sign the contract within 10 calendar days.
