text-align:justify; line-height:150%; widows:0; orphans:0; font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">1. </span><span style="font-family:宋体">营业执照：投标人须为中华人民共和国境内依法注册的法人或其他组织，具有有效的营业执照，且其经营范围须包含金属制品加工/制造、钢材销售、建筑材料生产/销售等相关内容（须提供营业执照复印件并加盖公章）</span><span style="font-family:宋体">。</span></p><p style="margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; text-indent:24pt; text-align:justify; line-height:150%; widows:0; orphans:0; font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">2. </span><span style="font-family:宋体">业绩要求：投标人须提供 2 项近三年内（自*开通会员可解锁*起至投标截止日）塑料门窗用增强型钢（或称为</span><span style="font-family:宋体">“</span><span style="font-family:宋体">衬钢</span><span style="font-family:宋体">”</span><span style="font-family:宋体">）供货业绩，单项业绩满足以下任一条件（1）采购量不低于 75 吨；（2）含税金额不低于 39 万元。须提供合同关键页（包括但不限于合同双方、签订日期、标的物、数量、金额及签章页）复印件并加盖单位公章。</span><span style="font-family:宋体; font-weight:bold">特别说明：</span><span style="font-family:宋体">所提供合同如无签订生效时间、标的物无法明确认定为塑料门窗用增强型钢（衬钢）、签章不全或关键信息模糊不清的，该业绩视为无效</span><span style="font-family:宋体">。</span></p><p style="margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; text-indent:24pt; text-align:justify; line-height:150%; widows:0; orphans:0; font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:宋体">3. 投标人须保证委托代理人为本单位的正式职工，投标人需提供委托代理人与本单位签订的劳动合同复印件或评审前三个月内至少1个月在本单位缴纳养老保险的缴费记录证明（以上证明材料应加盖单位公章）</span><span style="font-family:宋体">。</span></p><p style="margin-top:0pt;
